I'm on Verizon 1.5Mb DSL. I went through all the steps and when testing the speed after the procedure completed successfully I'm getting exactly the same speed ~1495 mbs. I'm getting the most Version has to offer on this plan and so no teaks will make it go through the roof. My cable connection increased 30%+, and is very consistent from numerous server I tested on.
